6255 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
6356 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1132A, is
6457 amended to read as follows:
6558 Section 1132A. A. In any online syste m which provides a
6659 service that a motor license ag ent is authorized to provide pursuant
6760 to the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act there shall
61+include a step where the individual shall select a motor license
62+agent in the state to process any onli ne transaction.
63+Said The motor license agent, as defined in Section 1102 of this
64+title, does not include the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Any motor
