62	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
63	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1132A, is
64	57		amended to read as follows:
65	58		Section 1132A. A. In any online syste m which provides a
66	59		service that a motor license ag ent is authorized to provide pursuant
67	60		to the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act there shall
	61	+	include a step where the individual shall select a motor license
	62	+	agent in the state to process any onli ne transaction.
	63	+	Said The motor license agent, as defined in Section 1102 of this
	64	+	title, does not include the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Any motor

100	94		B. Motor Upon the effective date of this act through May 31,
101	95		2023, motor license agents selected as provided in subsection A of
102	96		this section shall receive all fees provided by the Oklahoma Vehicle
103	97		License and Registration Act ; provided, the amount of fees remitted
104	98		to the motor license agent for each online transaction processed by
105	99		the motor license agent through any online system shall be reduced
106	100		by One Dollar and fifty -six cents ($1.56).
107	101		C. The selection step required pursuant to subsection A of this
108	102		section shall be installed and operational no later than January 1,
109	103		2021.
110	104		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
111	105		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
112	106		declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
113		-	be in full force from and after its pas sage and approval."
