36 | 63 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-116.6 of Title 70, unless | |

45 | 97 | B. The pilot program sh all provide mentor teachers , who have | |
46 | 98 | taught for at least five (5) years , with coaching tools to guide, | |

50 | 100 | school district in this state for one year in the areas of classroom | |
51 | 101 | management, curriculum, differentiation of instruction , and other | |
52 | 102 | pedagogical techniques. The goal of the pilot program shall be to | |
53 | 103 | provide training to one mentor teacher from each school district in | |
54 | 104 | this state over the two-year period. | |

56 | 105 | C. Subject to the availability of funds, mentor teachers who | |
57 | 106 | complete the training pilot program created by this section shall be | |
58 | 107 | provided a one-time stipend of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00). | |

60 | 108 | D. The Commission shall administer an introductory survey and | |
61 | 109 | an exit survey to teachers placed under the mentorship of a mentor | |
62 | 110 | teacher who completed the training pilot program created b y this | |
63 | 111 | section. The Commission shall cr eate a standardized survey form to | |
64 | 112 | measure a teacher’s mentorship experience. | |

66 | 113 | E. By July 1, 2026, the Commission shall submit a report to the | |
67 | 114 | President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the Hou se of | |
68 | 115 | Representatives, and the chairs of the education committees in the | |
69 | 116 | Senate and House of Represent atives. The report shall include but | |
70 | 117 | not be limited to aggregate data from the surveys administered | |
