5179 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5280 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
5381 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
5482 A. There is hereby established the William S. Key Multi-County
5583 Feasibility Commission until December 31, 2023.
5684 B. The Commission shall be composed of seventeen (17) members
5785 as follows:
5886 1. One person represent ing the Oklahoma Historical Society;
5987 2. The current elected State Senator for Senate District 27, or
6088 designee;
61-3. The current elected Representative for House of

98150 8. One member chosen by the elected State Senator for Senate
99151 District 27 from Beaver County, Cimarron County, Dewey County , and
100152 Ellis County; and
101153 9. One member chose n by the elected Representative for House of
102154 Representatives District 61 from Harper County, Major County, Texas
103-County, and Woods County.

104156 C. The members of the Commission sha ll elect a chair and vice
105157 chair from among the members of the Commission at the first meeting

107159 D. The Commission shall hold its first meeting not late r than
108160 ninety (90) days after effective date of th is act.
109161 E. The Commission is authorized to meet as often as required to
110162 perform the duties imposed upon it.
111-F. The Commission shall study the feasibility of creating a
112-multi-county trust to oversee the ex change of the state-owned
