75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 19 O.S. 2021, Section 180. 63e, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 180.63e. County officers shall not receive any salary
79	79	increase or decrease during their term of office unless by operation
80	80	of law enacted prior to or during their election or appointment .
81	81	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
