59 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
60 | 49 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 20 21, Section 7-304, is | |
61 | 50 | amended to read as follows: | |
62 | 51 | Section 7-304. A. Except as otherwise provided by law, no | |
63 | 52 | person may enter upon any state or federal wildlife refuge or | |
64 | 53 | Wildlife Management Area with dog, gun or bow. | |
65 | 54 | B. Exceptions to the above provision s are when the Oklahoma | |
66 | 55 | Wildlife Conservation Commission and/or the Oklahoma Tourism and | |
67 | 56 | Recreation Commission may by resolution permit: | |
