51	40		wildlife management areas; increasing fine for
52	41		violation; providing for suspension of privileges or
53	42		revocation of license for s ubsequent violations; and

59	48		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
60	49		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 20 21, Section 7-304, is
61	50		amended to read as follows:
62	51		Section 7-304. A. Except as otherwise provided by law, no
63	52		person may enter upon any state or federal wildlife refuge or
64	53		Wildlife Management Area with dog, gun or bow.
65	54		B. Exceptions to the above provision s are when the Oklahoma
66	55		Wildlife Conservation Commission and/or the Oklahoma Tourism and
67	56		Recreation Commission may by resolution permit:
	57	+	1. The holding of field trials by duly authorized spor tsmen's
	58	+	clubs; or
	59	+	2. Such hunting, killing or trapping of wil dlife from such
	60	+	refuge or Wildlife Managem ent Area; provided, however, that Lake

95		-	1. The holding of field trials by duly authorized sportsmen's
96		-	clubs; or
97		-	2. Such hunting, killing or trapping of wildlife from such
98		-	refuge or Wildlife Management Area; provided, however, that Lake
99	87		Murray State Park shall not be utilized for killing or trapping of
100	88		natural wildlife and shall remain a wildlife p reserve.
101	89		C. Any person convicted of violating provisions of t his section
102	90		shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars
103		-	($25.00) One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Hundred
104		-	Dollars ($100.00) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) , or by
105		-	imprisonment in the county jail for not less than ten (10) days nor
106		-	more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment
107		-	for the first violation. A subsequent viola tion may result in the
108		-	suspension of privileges to hunt, kill, or trap within such refuge
109		-	or Wildlife Management Area or a revocation of the person's hunting
110		-	license by the Commission .
