5948 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
6049 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 29 O.S. 20 21, Section 7-304, is
6150 amended to read as follows:
6251 Section 7-304. A. Except as otherwise provided by law, no
6352 person may enter upon any state or federal wildlife refuge or
6453 Wildlife Management Area with dog, gun or bow.
6554 B. Exceptions to the above provision s are when the Oklahoma
6655 Wildlife Conservation Commission and/or the Oklahoma Tourism and
6756 Recreation Commission may by resolution permit:
57+1. The holding of field trials by duly authorized spor tsmen's
58+clubs; or
59+2. Such hunting, killing or trapping of wil dlife from such
60+refuge or Wildlife Managem ent Area; provided, however, that Lake

95-1. The holding of field trials by duly authorized sportsmen's
96-clubs; or
97-2. Such hunting, killing or trapping of wildlife from such
98-refuge or Wildlife Management Area; provided, however, that Lake
9987 Murray State Park shall not be utilized for killing or trapping of
10088 natural wildlife and shall remain a wildlife p reserve.
10189 C. Any person convicted of violating provisions of t his section
10290 shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars
103-($25.00) One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than One Hundred
104-Dollars ($100.00) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) , or by
105-imprisonment in the county jail for not less than ten (10) days nor
106-more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment
107-for the first violation. A subsequent viola tion may result in the
108-suspension of privileges to hunt, kill, or trap within such refuge
109-or Wildlife Management Area or a revocation of the person's hunting
110-license by the Commission .
