60 | 112 | | taking. A permitted l andowner, agricultural lessee or a designated |
---|
61 | 113 | | agent with written permission of the landowner or agricultural |
---|
62 | 114 | | lessee may, with a valid permit issued pursuant to this section, |
---|
63 | 115 | | control the wildlife specified in thi s subsection and feral swine at |
---|
64 | 116 | | night to protect marketable agricu ltural crops, livesto ck, or |
---|
65 | 117 | | processed feed, seed or other materials used in the production of an |
---|
66 | 118 | | agricultural commodity. |
