6144 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
6245 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
6346 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 34.701 of Title 62, unless there
6447 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
6548 All infrastructure or construction projects in this state that
6649 are visible to the public and that are funded partially or fully by
67-the Oklahoma Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding shall have
68-signage displayed in a prominently visible location at the project
50+the Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding shall have signage
51+displayed in a prominently visible location at the project site. It
52+is the intent of the Legislature that such signage reference the
53+COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Initiative , the Joint Committee on
54+Pandemic Relief Funding, and the year completed. The Office of
55+Management and Enterprise S ervices shall be authorized to implement
56+the provisions of this section. The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation
57+Department shall oversee the design and pla cement of any such
58+signage on each project.
59+SECTION 2. This act shall becom e effective November 1, 2022.
