60 | 49 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 3 O.S. 2021, Section 374, is | |

62 | 51 | Section 374. A. There is hereby created within the Oklahoma | |
63 | 52 | Department of Transportation the Oklahoma Advanced Mobi lity Pilot | |

109 | 97 | state to serve as pilot p rograms for the adoption of adv anced | |
110 | 98 | mobility technologies. Eligible communities entities will be | |
111 | 99 | cities, counties and tribal governm ents. Priority will be given to | |
112 | 100 | communities and tribal governments government entities that have | |
113 | 101 | been selected to participate in transportation -related pilot | |

155 | 142 | Dollars ($5,000,000.00) each and will be require a direct one-to-one | |
156 | 143 | match for nonstate funds invested or received by the pilot selected | |
157 | 144 | pilot program including funds from the pilot entity. Once an entity | |
158 | 145 | has been selected for an award , it cannot receive another award for | |
159 | 146 | at least two (2) years. | |
160 | 147 | F. E. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation shall h ave the | |
161 | 148 | power to make any contract, e xecute any document or perform any act | |
162 | 149 | in order to carry out this act. | |
