26	56		Section 3-106), which relates to the Bill Willis
27	57		Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services

35	63		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

37	64		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 43A O.S. 2011, Section 3-101, is
38	65		amended to read as follows:

40	66		Section 3-101. The facilities within the Department of Mental
41	67		Health and Substance Abuse Services, which may be maintained for
42	68		residents of the state, are:

77	111		SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 43A O.S. 2011, Section 3 -107, as
78	112		amended by Section 149, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (43A O.S. Supp.
79	113		2020, Section 3-107), is amended to read as follows:

81	114		Section 3-107. A. There are is hereby created and designated
82	115		as facilities a facility within the Department of Mental Health and
83	116		Substance Abuse Servic es, the Norman Alcohol and Drug Treatment
84	117		Center at Norman and the Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita. The
85	118		facilities facility shall be operated under the supervision and
86	119		administration of the Commissioner of Mental Health and Substance
87	120		Abuse Services. It is the intent of the Legislature that the

88	148		centers in Norman and Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita utilize
89	149		and receive business management, support services and medical

92	150		ancillary services of the respective state facility where the center
93	151		is located Oklahoma Forensic Center .

95	152		B. There are is hereby created separate a petty cash funds for
96	153		the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers at Norman and fund for the
97	154		Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita. The Director of the Office of
98	155		Management and Enterprise Services and the Commissioner of Mental
99	156		Health and Substance Abuse Services are authorized to fix the
100	157		maximum amount of each the petty cash fund. The Director of the
101	158		Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe the
102	159		rules and procedures for the admi nistration of each the petty cash
103	160		fund.

105	161		C. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
106	162		is authorized to effect the transfer of property, records,
107	163		equipment, supplies, funds , and encumbrances from Griffin Memorial
108	164		Hospital to or from the N orman Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center;
109	165		and to effect the transfer of property, records, equipment,
110	166		supplies, funds, and encumbrances from the Oklahoma Forensic Center
111	167		to or from the Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita.

113	168		SECTION 3. REPEALER 43A O.S. 2011, Section 3 -106, as
114	169		amended by Section 148, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (43A O.S. Supp.
115	170		2020, Section 3-106), is hereby repealed.
