77111 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 43A O.S. 2011, Section 3 -107, as

81114 Section 3-107. A. There are is hereby created and designated
82115 as facilities a facility within the Department of Mental Health and
83116 Substance Abuse Servic es, the Norman Alcohol and Drug Treatment
84117 Center at Norman and the Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita. The
85118 facilities facility shall be operated under the supervision and
86119 administration of the Commissioner of Mental Health and Substance
87120 Abuse Services. It is the intent of the Legislature that the

89149 and receive business management, support services and medical

92150 ancillary services of the respective state facility where the center
93151 is located Oklahoma Forensic Center .

95152 B. There are is hereby created separate a petty cash funds for
96153 the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers at Norman and fund for the
97154 Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita. The Director of the Office of
98155 Management and Enterprise Services and the Commissioner of Mental
99156 Health and Substance Abuse Services are authorized to fix the
100157 maximum amount of each the petty cash fund. The Director of the
101158 Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall prescribe the
102159 rules and procedures for the admi nistration of each the petty cash
103160 fund.

105161 C. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
106162 is authorized to effect the transfer of property, records,
107163 equipment, supplies, funds , and encumbrances from Griffin Memorial
108164 Hospital to or from the N orman Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center;
109165 and to effect the transfer of property, records, equipment,
110166 supplies, funds, and encumbrances from the Oklahoma Forensic Center
111167 to or from the Rose Rock Recovery Center at Vinita.

113168 SECTION 3. REPEALER 43A O.S. 2011, Section 3 -106, as
114169 amended by Section 148, Chapter 304, O.S.L. 2012 (43A O.S. Supp.
115170 2020, Section 3-106), is hereby repealed.
