27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 2011, Section 151, is
30	57		amended to read as follows:

32	58		Section 151. A. There is no limitation of the time within
33	59		which a prosecution for murder must be commenced. It Such
34	60		prosecution may be commenced at any time after the death of the
35	61		person killed.

37	62		B. Prosecutions for the crimes of first degree manslaughter and
38	63		second degree manslaughter shall be commenced within ten (10) years
39	64		after the discovery of the crime. For purposes of this subsection,
