2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2956 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 2011, Section 151, is
3057 amended to read as follows:

3258 Section 151. A. There is no limitation of the time within
3359 which a prosecution for murder must be commenced. It Such
3460 prosecution may be commenced at any time after the death of the
3561 person killed.

3762 B. Prosecutions for the crimes of first degree manslaughter and
3863 second degree manslaughter shall be commenced within ten (10) years
3964 after the discovery of the crime. For purposes of this subsection,
