26	117		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	118		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
29	119		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3436.6 of Title 36, unless there
30	120		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

32	121		An insurer, as defined in Section 3634.2 of Title 36 of the
33	122		Oklahoma Statutes, shall provide direct payment or reimbursement to
34	123		a pharmacist licensed in this state for providing a health care
35	124		service to an individual if:

37	125		1. The pharmacist provided any health care service he or she is
38	126		licensed to perform in the practice of pharmacy, as defined in
39	127		Section 353.1 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in this state;

42	129		2. The health benefit policy, contr act or agreement of the
43	130		individual provides for payment or reimbursement of the service.
	131	+	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
