75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STA TE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 18 -114.15 of Title 70, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as fol lows:
79	79	A. Beginning with the 2021-2022 school year, all school support
80	80	personnel shall receive a one-time pay increase equivalent to a One
81	81	Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($1,500.00) increase in compensation,
82	82	exclusive of any one -time stipend or over -time payments. This
83	83	amount shall be prorated for part-time support personnel . For
84	84	purposes of this section, the phrase "support personnel" shall have
85	85	the same meaning as provided in Section 26 -103 of Title 70 of the
86	86	Oklahoma Statutes.

222	222	any one-time stipend or over -time payments. This amount shall be
223	223	prorated for part-time support personnel. For purposes of this
224	224	section, the phrase "support personnel" shall have the same meaning
225	225	as provided in Section 26 -103 of Title 70 of the Oklaho ma Statutes.
226	226	B. A school district shall not lower the hours of a ny support
227	227	personnel for the purpose of preventing qualification for or to
228	228	offset the increase in compensation required by this section. A
229	229	school district shall not require any support perso nnel to work more
230	230	than the hours required to qualify as full -time support personnel

234	234	SECTION 4. This act shall become effect ive July 1, 2021.
