51 | 99 | B. Any provider found to be ineligible for reimbursement or | |
52 | 100 | other funding pursuant to this section shall be able to reapply | |
53 | 101 | after a period of five (5) years and a showing that they and their | |
54 | 102 | affiliates no longer participate in the trafficking of fetal body | |
55 | 103 | parts. | |

57 | 104 | C. Within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of a complaint of | |
58 | 105 | a violation under this section, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority | |
59 | 106 | shall publish the findings of its investigati on of the complaint and | |
60 | 107 | issue a determination of whether a provider has committed a | |
61 | 108 | violation of the provisions of this section. Nothing in this act | |
62 | 109 | the Defunding Fetal-Body-Parts Trafficking Act shall preclude other | |
63 | 110 | law enforcement entities or a party in qui tam litigation from | |
64 | 111 | initiating action regarding this section. | |
65 | - | ||
66 | 112 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021. | |
67 | - | ||
68 | 113 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
69 | 114 | of the public peace, health or safe ty, an emergency is hereby | |
70 | 115 | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and | |
71 | 116 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
