27101 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29102 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
30103 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

32104 This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Sergeant Cr aig

35-SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 21 O.S. 20 21, Section 173, is

38108 Section 173. All persons who, after the commission of any
39109 felony, conceal or aid the offender, with knowledge that he or she
40110 has committed a felony, and with intent that he the person may avoid
41111 or escape from arrest, trial, conviction, or punishment, are
42112 accessories. In the case of murder, a person is accountable under
43113 this statute for accessory to murder if the person knew or
44114 reasonably should have known that the conduct committed upon the
45115 victim could foreseeably result in the death of the victim.

212+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
213+SECTION 4. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
214+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1176 of Title 21, unless there
215+is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
216+A. It shall be unlawful for a person, who by telephonic or
217+electronic communication, as defined in Section 1172 of Title 21 of
218+the Oklahoma Statutes, to willfully publish on a public online site
219+or forum, attempt to publish or conspire to publish personally
220+identifiable information of a law enforcement officer with th e
221+intent to threaten, intimidate, harass or stalk, or as a result,
222+causes, attempts to cause or would be reasonably expected to cause
223+substantial emotional distress or financial loss to that person, or
224+to that officer's family or household member or intima te partner.

251+B. Except as provided in subsection C of this section, any
252+person convicted of the provisions of subsection A of this section
253+shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
254+C. Any person who is convicted of a second or subsequent
255+offense pursuant to this section shall be guilty of a felony.
256+D. As used in subsection A of this section:
257+1. "Personally identifiable information" shall include, but not
258+be limited to:
259+a. name,
260+b. birth date,
261+c. address,
262+d. telephone number,
263+e. driver license number,
264+f. Social Security number,
265+g. place of employment,
266+h. mother's maiden name, or
267+i. a photograph or any other realistic likeness;
268+2. "Family or household member" shall mean parents including
269+grandparents, stepparents, adoptive parents and foster parents;
270+children including grandchildren, stepchildren, adopted children and
271+foster children; and persons otherwise related by blood or marriage
272+living in the same household; and
273+3. "Law enforcement officer" shall mean any officer, agent or
274+employee of a state, unit of local government, or an Indian tribe
