75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2200.28A of Title 63, unless
78	78	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	No person shall harvest organs or tissue from any adult, minor
80	80	child or fetus without the consent of the adult, minor child or
81	81	fetus from which the organs or tissue are derived. Such organs or
82	82	tissue shall not be commercialized by any person, institution or
83	83	other entity.
84	84	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective No vember 1, 2021.
