77 | 77 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

78 | 78 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 82, O.S.L. 2020 |

144 | 144 | | 3. Establish standards for the number of head over which a |

145 | 145 | | facility shall pay for a state inspector; and |

146 | 146 | | 4. Establish any other standards necessary to increase the |
---|
147 | 147 | | ability of producers to market and sell beef and, bison, pork and |
---|
148 | 148 | | poultry in intrastate commerce . |
---|
149 | 149 | | C. Any rules promulgated pursuant to this sectio n shall ensure |
---|
150 | 150 | | that food safety will not be compromised in any way and will ensure |
---|
151 | 151 | | that consumers are protected. |
---|
152 | 152 | | SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the pr eservation |
---|
153 | 153 | | of the public peace, health or s afety, an emergency is hereby |
---|
154 | 154 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and |
---|
155 | 155 | | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. |
