98 | 94 | | A. Any public or private employer operating in this state who |

100 | 96 | | immunization for COVID-19, as defined in Section 111 of Title 76 of |

101 | 97 | | the Oklahoma Statutes, any variant, or future variants thereof as |

102 | 98 | | part of an employer's policy, whether written or verbal, shall allow |

103 | 99 | | for a privacy exemption for their employee or contractor to refuse |
---|
104 | 100 | | disclosure of his or her vaccination or immunization status. The |
---|
105 | 101 | | requirement of this subsection shall not be re quired of an employee |
---|
106 | 102 | | who can provide proof of natural immunity by presenting a positive |
---|
107 | 103 | | antibody test to his or her employer. |
---|
108 | 104 | | B. Every employee or contractor employed by a public or private |
---|
109 | 105 | | employer operating in this state shall be provided a certification |
---|
110 | 106 | | of disclosure exemption, which shall release the employee or |
---|
111 | 107 | | contractor from disclosing his or her vaccination or immunization |
---|
112 | 108 | | status due to an employer-mandated policy or regulation, whether |
---|
113 | 109 | | written or verbal, that involves or governs the vaccination or |
---|
114 | 110 | | immunization status for COVID-19, any variant, or future variants |
---|
115 | 111 | | thereof for employees or contractors. The certification of |
---|
116 | 112 | | disclosure exemption provided to an employee or contractor by the |
---|
117 | 113 | | employer, as required by this section, shall meet the following |
---|

150 | 145 | | of disclosure exemption for the employee or contractor. An employee |
