77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
79	79	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
80	80	The Commissioner of Labor is directed to analyze, evaluate and
81	81	develop a timeline and plan for the Department of Labor of items
82	82	that will strengthen, automate and modernize the internal
83	83	administration and operations and external services and contacts
84	84	with the public. As part of the analysis and evaluation of the
85	85	Department, the Commissioner shall create a list of areas and /or
86	86	items according to their priority and cost to the Department that
87	87	will create more measurable efficiencies, better services and
88	88	increased cost savings for the state. A written report of the

140	140	analysis and evaluation shall be completed by January 15, 2022. A
141	141	copy of the report shall be distributed to the Pres ident Pro Tempore
142	142	of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the
143	143	Governor.
144	144	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021.
145	145	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
146	146	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
147	147	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
148	148	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
