8181 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
8282 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new sectio n of law not to be
8383 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
8484 The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is authorized an d
8585 directed to review the unemployment compensation structure in this
8686 state and to develop a method that ties unemployment ben efits and
8787 employer contribution rates to the economic conditions and
8888 employment rates of this state. The Commission is further dir ected
8989 to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the minimum balance
9090 amount to be maintained in the Unemployment Insuranc e Trust Fund and
