6565 An Act relating to state government; prohibiting

6969 term; providing for codification; and declaring an

7575 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7676 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7777 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3106.6 of Title 74, unless there
7878 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
7979 Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or
8080 political subdivision of this state shall deny government services
8181 or entrance into government buildings to any person based solely on:
8282 1. The wearing of a mask or face covering; or
8383 2. The vaccination or immunity status of the person .
8484 As used in this section, “political subdivision” means a county,
8585 city, town, school district or other local governmental or public
8686 entity located within this state .

138138 SECTION 2. It being immediately necess ary for the preservation
139139 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
140140 declared to exist, by reas on whereof this act shall take effect and
141141 be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
