AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to state government; prohibiting 
state entities or political subdivisions from 
preventing certain persons from receiving certain 
services or entering government buildings; defining 
term; providing for codification; and declaring an 
emergency. 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3106.6 of Title 74, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or 
political subdivision of this state shall deny government services 
or entrance into government buildings to any person based solely on: 
1.  The wearing of a mask or face covering; or 
2.  The vaccination or immunity status of the person . 
As used in this section, “political subdivision” means a county, 
city, town, school district or other local governmental or public 
entity located within this state .

SECTION 2.  It being immediately necess ary for the preservation 
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby 
declared to exist, by reas on whereof this act shall take effect and 
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
