77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
79	79	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 80.2 of Title 74, unless there
80	80	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
81	81	A. Upon the effective date of this act , each state agency shall
82	82	submit to the Information Services Division of the Office of
83	83	Management and Enterprise Service, a report that contains the
84	84	following information:
85	85	1. The technology implemented by the agency prior to January 1,
86	86	2020;
87	87	2. Technology implemented by the agency after January 1, 2020;

140	140	3. Plans for implementation and changes to te chnology practices
141	141	by the state agency.
142	142	B. Following one (1) year after the effective date of this act,
143	143	the Information Services Divisions shall submit a report to the
144	144	reporting state agencies:
145	145	1. A summary of the data collected pursuant to subsection A of
146	146	this section;
147	147	2. Recommendations for technology enhancements to the agency
148	148	that would be beneficial to the efficiency of the agency ; and
149	149	3. Recommendations for technology practices and training to the
150	150	agency that would be beneficial to the efficiency of the ag ency.
151	151	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
