7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7979 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 80.2 of Title 74, unless there
8080 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
8181 A. Upon the effective date of this act , each state agency shall
8282 submit to the Information Services Division of the Office of
8383 Management and Enterprise Service, a report that contains the
8484 following information:
8585 1. The technology implemented by the agency prior to January 1,
8686 2020;
8787 2. Technology implemented by the agency after January 1, 2020;

140140 3. Plans for implementation and changes to te chnology practices
141141 by the state agency.
142142 B. Following one (1) year after the effective date of this act,
143143 the Information Services Divisions shall submit a report to the
144144 reporting state agencies:
145145 1. A summary of the data collected pursuant to subsection A of
146146 this section;
147147 2. Recommendations for technology enhancements to the agency
148148 that would be beneficial to the efficiency of the agency ; and
149149 3. Recommendations for technology practices and training to the
150150 agency that would be beneficial to the efficiency of the ag ency.
151151 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
