AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to the Office of Management and 
Enterprise Services; requiring stat e agencies to 
submit certain report to the Information Services 
Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise 
Services; providing contents of report; requiring the 
Information Services Division to provide report af ter 
one year; providing for contents of r eport; providing 
for codification; and provid ing an effective date. 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 80.2 of Title 74, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
A.  Upon the effective date of this act , each state agency shall 
submit to the Information Services Division of the Office of 
Management and Enterprise Service, a report that contains the 
following information: 
1.  The technology implemented by the agency prior to January 1, 
2020; 
2.  Technology implemented by the agency after January 1, 2020; 
and

3.  Plans for implementation and changes to te chnology practices 
by the state agency. 
B.  Following one (1) year after the effective date of this act, 
the Information Services Divisions shall submit a report to the 
reporting state agencies: 
1.  A summary of the data collected pursuant to subsection A of 
this section; 
2.  Recommendations for technology enhancements to the agency 
that would be beneficial to the efficiency of the agency ; and 
3.  Recommendations for technology practices and training to the 
agency that would be beneficial to the efficiency of the ag ency. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
