171 | 171 | | Section 250.2. A. Article V of the Oklahoma Constitution v ests |

172 | 172 | | in the Legislature the power to make laws, and th ereby to establish |

---|
322 | 322 | | 6. “Final rule” or “finally adopted rule ” means a rule other |

323 | 323 | | than an emergency rule, which has not been published pursuant to |
---|
324 | 324 | | Section 255 of this title but is otherwise in compliance with the |
---|
325 | 325 | | requirements of the Administrative Procedu res Act, and is: |

326 | 326 | | a. approved by the Legislature pursuant to Section 6 |
---|

770 | 770 | | 2. Upon the filing of the request for approval of a preemptive |
---|
771 | 771 | | rule, the Governor shall review such rule and decide as to whether |
---|
772 | 772 | | such rule should be approved. Prior to approval of a preemptive |
---|
773 | 773 | | rule, the Governor shall submit the preemptive rule to the Office of |
---|
774 | 774 | | the Secretary of State for review of proper formatting unless the |
---|
775 | 775 | | preemptive rule has been reviewed by the Office prior to agency |
---|
776 | 776 | | submission to the Governor. Failure of the Governor to approve such |
---|
777 | 777 | | rule within twenty-eight (28) calendar days shall constitute denial |
---|

844 | 844 | | Commission to the Speaker of the House of Repre sentatives and the |

845 | 845 | | President Pro Tempore of the Senate within ten (10) days of the |

3527 | 3527 | | adopted by publishing a single declaration in “The Oklahoma |
---|
3528 | 3528 | | Register” on or before July 17 without meeting requirements of |
---|
