2755 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2956 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
3057 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 552.23 of Title 18, unless there
3158 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

3359 A. Except as required or authorized by federal law, no state
3460 agency or official shall impose any annual filing or reporting
3561 requirement on an organization regulated or specifically exempted
3662 from regulation under the Oklahoma Solicitation of Charitable
3763 Contributions Act that is more stringent, restrictive or expansiv e
3864 than the requirements authorized b y the laws of this state .
