65	65	An Act relating to the Ethics Commission Act;
66	66	amending 74 O.S. 2011, Section 4254, which relates to

68	68	officers or employees; prohibiting use or
69	69	authorization to use public funds, property or time
70	70	to engage in certain lobbying activities; providing

77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE O F OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2011, Section 4254, is
79	79	amended to read as follows:
80	80	Section 4254. A. No state officer or state empl oyee shall
81	81	receive any additional com pensation or reimbursement from any person
82	82	for personally engaging in lobbying other than compensation or
83	83	reimbursements provided by law for that member ’s job position.
84	84	B. No person shall use or authorize the use of pu blic funds,
85	85	property or time to engag e in legislative or executive lobbying, as
86	86	such terms are defined in the Rules of the Ethics Commission, except
87	87	as provided in Section 840-2.5 of this title or in connection with
