77	77	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENA TE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
78	78	1ST SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
79	79	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the p eople for
80	80	their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law,
81	81	the question, pursuant specifically to Section 2 of Article XXIV of
82	82	the Oklahoma Constitution, of calling a Constitutional Convention
83	83	which shall be authorized to propose alterati ons, revisions or
84	84	amendments to the Oklahoma Constitution or to propose a new
85	85	Constitution for the State of Oklahoma.
86	86	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Constitutional
87	87	amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shal l be in

152	152	one copy thereof, including the Ballot Title set forth in SECTION 2
