77	77	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE AND THE H OUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
78	78	2ND SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
79	79	SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for
80	80	their approval or rejection, as and in the man ner provided by law,
81	81	the following proposed amendmen t to the Oklahoma Constitution by
82	82	adding a new Section 38 to Article II to read as follows:
83	83	Section 38. The right of the people to be free from being
84	84	burdened by the use of a social credit score shall not be violated.
85	85	It shall be unlawful for the Legislature, the Governor, or the
86	86	courts within the jurisdiction of this state to create any system
87	87	using behavioral attributes of an individual as cause to deny the

142	142	SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Constitutional
143	143	amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall be in

147	147	THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS:
148	148	This measure would cre ate a new Section 38 of Article 2 of the
149	149	Oklahoma Constitution. The measure would prohibit the State of
150	150	Oklahoma, the Governor of Oklahoma and the courts having
151	151	jurisdiction within this state from creating any system using
152	152	behavioral attributes of an individual as cause to deny their
153	153	rights.

157	157	SECTION 3. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall,
158	158	immediately after the passa ge of this resolution, prepare and file
159	159	one copy thereof, including the Ballo t Title set forth in SECTION 2
160	160	hereof, with the Secr etary of State and one copy with the Attorney
