BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE AND THE H OUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE: SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for their approval or rejection, as and in the man ner provided by law, the following proposed amendmen t to the Oklahoma Constitution by adding a new Section 38 to Article II to read as follows: Section 38. The right of the people to be free from being burdened by the use of a social credit score shall not be violated. It shall be unlawful for the Legislature, the Governor, or the courts within the jurisdiction of this state to create any system using behavioral attributes of an individual as cause to deny the individual their rights. SECTION 2. The Ballot Title for the proposed Constitutional amendment as set forth in SECTION 1 of this resolution shall be in the following form: BALLOT TITLE Legislative Referendum No. ____ State Question No. ____ THE GIST OF THE PROPOSITION IS AS FOLLOWS: This measure would cre ate a new Section 38 of Article 2 of the Oklahoma Constitution. The measure would prohibit the State of Oklahoma, the Governor of Oklahoma and the courts having jurisdiction within this state from creating any system using behavioral attributes of an individual as cause to deny their rights.
