5253 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5354 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5455 in the Oklahoma Statutes as S ection 1363.1 of Title 59, unless there
5556 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5657 The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists may enter
5758 into and implement agreements with other jurisdictio ns for the
5859 issuance of a license by recipr ocity if the other jurisdiction 's
5960 requirements for licensure are substantially equal to the
6061 requirements of the Psychologists Licensing Act .
6162 SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, Section 136 6, is

8991 Section 1366. The Oklahoma State Board o f Examiners of
9092 Psychologists may issue a license pursuant to the provisions of the
9193 Psychologists Licensing Act:
9294 1. To a qualified applicant who has successfully passe d the
9395 examination prescribed by the B oard and who has paid the fee
9496 required by the rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the
9597 Psychologists Licensing Act; or
9698 2. Upon application to the Board and payment of the fees
9799 required by the Board by rules of the Board promulgated pursuant to
98100 the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act, t o any person who
99101 is a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, or
100102 who holds a current Certificate of Professional Qualification in
101103 Psychology from the Association of State and Provincia l Psychology
102104 Boards, or who is licensed as a psychol ogist by a state with whom
103105 the Board has establi shed a formal written agreement of reciproci ty.
104106 SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
