2855 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

3056 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 14-120.2, as
3157 amended by Section 15, Chapter 116, O.S.L. 2022 (47 O.S. Supp. 2022,
3258 Section 14-120.2), is amended to read as follows:

3459 Section 14-120.2 A. Every person required by the Department of
3560 Transportation, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, or any federal
3661 agency or commission to have a law enforcement escort provided by
3762 the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Division of the Department of Public
3863 Safety for the transport of any oversized load or hazardous shipment
3964 by road or rail shall pay to the Department of Transportation Public

4092 Safety a fee covering the full cost to administer, plan, and carry

4394 B. If the Highway Patrol prov ides an escort to accompany the
4495 transport of an oversized load or hazardous shipment by road or rail
4596 at the request of any person that is not requ ired to have a law

51101 C. The Department of Transportation Public Safety shall adopt a
52102 schedule of fees necessary to implement this section.

54103 D. All fees collected by the Department of Transportation
55104 Public Safety pursuant to this section shall be deposited to the
56105 credit of the State Transportation Department of Public Saf ety
57106 Revolving Fund established pursuant to Section 1501.1 2-144.1 of
58107 Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes this title.
