54 | 99 | 3. "Passive exposure" means when an individual is exposed to a | |
55 | 100 | controlled dangerous substance without actually ingesting or using | |
56 | 101 | the substance himself or herself; and | |

58 | 102 | 4. "Volunteer" means a person who enters in to a service or | |
59 | 103 | undertaking of the person's free will without compensation or | |
60 | 104 | expectation of compensation in money or other thing of value in | |
61 | 105 | order to provide a service, care, assistance, adv ice, or other | |
62 | 106 | benefit; provided, being legally entitled to receiv e compensation | |
63 | 107 | for the service or undertaking performed shall not preclude a person | |
64 | 108 | from being considered a volunteer. | |
