32	59		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

34	60		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
35	61		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-110 of Title 70, unless there
36	62		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

38	63		A. When a school district board of education call s an election
39	64		for the purpose of issuing bond s pursuant to Section 15-102 of Title
40	65		70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the school district s hall, at least
41	66		thirty (30) days prior to th e election, post on its website a copy
42	67		of the bond proposal, including each project to be funded by the

43	95		bond proceeds, a description of each project, and the estimated cost
44	96		for each project.

46	97		B. If electors approve the issuing of bonds at an election, the
47	98		school district shall continue to post on its website the bond
48	99		information required by subsection A of this section for the
49	100		duration of the bond and one year after completion of all bond
50	101		projects. The information posted on the school district website
51	102		shall also include updates when there is a material change in the
52	103		scope of the projects and their purpose as stated at the time t he
53	104		board of education calls the bond election. The updated information
54	105		shall be posted online within thirty (30) days following approval of
55	106		the project changes by the board of education.

57	107		C. This act shall not apply to any bond projects approved by
58	108		electors prior to the effective date of this act.

60	109		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
