52 | 61 | | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be |

53 | 62 | | codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: |

54 | 63 | | A. This act shall be known and ma y be cited as the “Women’s |

55 | 64 | | Bill of Rights”. |

56 | 65 | | B. The purpose of the Women’s Bill of Rights is to bring |
---|
57 | 66 | | clarity, certainty, and uniformity under the laws of this state with |
---|
58 | 67 | | respect to natural persons of both biological sexes and the manner |
---|
91 | 99 | | educational benefits, corrections housing, employment protections, |
---|
92 | 100 | | and civil rights laws codified in the statutes of this state. |

93 | 101 | | SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 16, is |
---|

95 | 103 | | Section 16. The word “person,” As used in the Oklahoma |
---|

97 | 105 | | 1. “Father” means the male parent o f a child or children as |

98 | 106 | | defined in Section 7 of this title; |

99 | 107 | | 2. “Female” means a natural person whose biological |

101 | 109 | | 3. “Male” means a natural person whose biological repr oductive |

103 | 111 | | 4. “Man” or “boy” means a natural person who is male; |

106 | 114 | | 6. “Natural person” means a person as defined in paragraph 7 of |

149 | 156 | | C. Any policy, program, or statute that prohibits sex |

150 | 157 | | discrimination shall be construed to forbid unfa ir treatment of |

151 | 158 | | females or males in relation to similarly situated members of the |
---|
152 | 159 | | opposite sex. The state or its political subdivisions shall not be |
---|
153 | 160 | | prohibited from establishing distinctions between sexes when such |
---|
154 | 161 | | distinctions are substantially related t o an important government |
---|
155 | 162 | | objective, including, but not limited to, biology, privacy, safety, |
---|
156 | 163 | | or fairness. |

157 | 164 | | SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Sec tion 1201, is |

210 | 216 | | of the collected data as either male or female as defined in Section |

211 | 217 | | 16 of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes. |
