2655 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2856 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
2957 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 33.1 of Title 76, unless there
3058 is created a duplication in numbering , reads as follows:

3259 A. As used in this section :

3460 1. "Food" means unserved perishable, salvageable food that has
3561 been properly preserved for human consumption; and

3762 2. "Restaurant" means any eating establish ment regardless of
3863 seating capacity including public school district cafeterias.

4064 B. Any restaurant that, in good faith and without compensation,

4394 of the food, unless the damages by the restaurant result from an
