64+BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
65+SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law t o be codified
66+in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 8-101 of Title 37A, unless there
67+is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
68+The Alcoholic Beverage Law s Enforcement (ABLE) Commission is
69+hereby authorized to establish official advanced funds (OAF) for the
