73	73	An Act relating to schools; amending 70 O.S. 2021,

85	85	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
86	86	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 3-119, is
87	87	amended to read as follows:
88	88	Section 3-119. A. This act shall be known and may be cited as
89	89	the "Healthy School Meals for All Act".
90	90	Funds B. Sufficient funds shall be appropriated by the
91	91	legislature to the State Board of Education for School Lunch
92	92	Matching and the National School Lunch Programs Program, and shall
93	93	be apportioned by the State Board of Education to each s chool
94	94	district for the purpose of providing meals for school breakfast and
95	95	lunch at no cost to all children in compliance with the National
96	96	School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 and Public Law

124	124	enrolled in the school district .
125	125	SECTION 2. This act shall become effecti ve July 1, 2023.
126	126	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
127	127	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
128	128	declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
129	129	be in full force from and aft er its passage and approval.
