1346 2021, Section 155.7, which relates to the storage of

2253 BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

2454 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 19 O.S. 2021, Section 155.7, is
2555 amended to read as follows:

2756 Section 155.7 A. County officers may have a ny or all records
2857 kept by any county office pho tographed, digitized, ph otostated,
2958 reproduced on film or stored on optical disk. Such film or
3059 reproducing material shall be of durable material and the device
3160 used to reproduce such records on film or other m aterial shall be
3261 such as to accurately reproduc e and perpetuate the ori ginal records
3362 in all details.

3893 evidence in all court or admin istrative agencies, or by the county
3994 for accounts payable and inventory . A facsimile, exemplification or
4095 certified copy thereof sha ll, for all purposes recited herein, be
4196 deemed to be a transcript, exemplification or certified copy of the

4498 C. Whenever such reproduced records shall be placed in
4599 conveniently accessible files and p rovisions made for preserving,

48102 archived or disposed of according to the provisions of the Oklahoma

54106 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
