741 | 1290 | into the State Department of Agriculture Unwanted Pesticide Disposal | |
742 | 1291 | Fund and shall be dedicated for this use only. | |

744 | 1292 | 4. The Board may require the submission of the complete formula | |
745 | 1293 | of any pesticide. Trade secrets and formulations sub mitted by the | |
746 | 1294 | registrant may be kept confidential. If it appears to the Board | |
747 | 1295 | that the composition of the pesticide is adequate to warrant the | |
748 | 1296 | proposed claims and if the pesticide, its labeling, and other | |
749 | 1297 | material required to be submitted comply with the requirements of | |

885 | 1544 | N. COMPLAINT RESOLUTION - Upon receipt of a written complaint, | |
