58	62		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLA HOMA:
59	63		SECTION 1. There is hereby appr opriated to the County Sheriff
60	64		Public Safety Grant Revolving Fund from any monies not otherwise
61	65		appropriated from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Auth ority Revolving
62	66		Fund, the sum of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) or so much
63	67		thereof as may be necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the
64	68		Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority by law to provide assistance to

93	99		SECTION 2. This act shall becom e effective July 1, 2023.
94	100		SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the pres ervation

96	102		declared to exist, by reason whereof th is act shall take effect and
97	103		be in full force fro m and after its passage and approval.
