363 | + | suspended sentence when the district attorney or victim of the crime | |

365 | + | E. A person may only receive one early eval uation hearing in a | |
366 | + | case without prior approval from the district attorne y. | |
367 | + | SECTION 4. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023. | |
