50	57		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE O F THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	58		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	59		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1692.10 of Title 21, unless
53	60		there is created a duplication in num bering, reads as follows:
54	61		The majority of the voters of a county, voting at an election to
55	62		be held for such purpose, may approve reducing violations of
56	63		Sections 1692.2, 1692.3, 1692.4, and 1692.5 of Title 2 1 of the
57	64		Oklahoma Statutes to misdemeanor offenses. An election shall be
58	65		called upon the filing of a petition with the county election board
59	66		containing not less than five percent (5%) of the number of voters
60		-	that voted in the most recent gubernatorial election in that county,
