5057 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE O F THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5158 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5259 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1692.10 of Title 21, unless
5360 there is created a duplication in num bering, reads as follows:
5461 The majority of the voters of a county, voting at an election to
5562 be held for such purpose, may approve reducing violations of
5663 Sections 1692.2, 1692.3, 1692.4, and 1692.5 of Title 2 1 of the
5764 Oklahoma Statutes to misdemeanor offenses. An election shall be
5865 called upon the filing of a petition with the county election board
5966 containing not less than five percent (5%) of the number of voters
