| 52 | 52 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 53 | 53 | | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |

| 54 | 54 | | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3206.7 of Title 70, unless there |

| 55 | 55 | | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows : |

| 56 | 56 | | A. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education may allocate |

| 57 | 57 | | funds appropriated by the Legislature to institutions and entities |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Ed ucation for the purpose |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | of funding demolition projects. |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | B. The total appropriated funds for the demolition projects |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | shall not exceed Thir ty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) , and the |
|---|
| 62 | 62 | | amounts allocated to the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State |
|---|
| 63 | 63 | | University shall not exceed Ten Mil lion Dollars ($10,000,000.00) per |

|---|
| 96 | 96 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and |
|---|
| 97 | 97 | | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. |
