157 | 154 | | C. Appointments to the task force shall be made within thirty |

158 | 155 | | (30) days after the effective date of this act. The task force |

159 | 156 | | shall conduct an organizational meeting no later than September 1, |

160 | 157 | | 2023. The task force shall select a chair and vice -chair at the |
---|
161 | 158 | | organization meeting. |

162 | 159 | | D. A quorum of the task force shall be required to approve any |
---|
163 | 160 | | final action of the task force. For purposes of this sectio n, eight |
---|
164 | 161 | | members shall constitute a quorum. |
---|
165 | 162 | | E. The task force may meet as often as may be required to |
---|
166 | 163 | | perform the duties imposed upon it. |

167 | 164 | | F. The meetings of the task force shall be subject to the |
---|
168 | 165 | | Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. |

205 | 201 | | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. |

206 | 202 | | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation |

207 | 203 | | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby |
---|
208 | 204 | | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and |
---|
209 | 205 | | be in full force from and after it s passage and approval. |
