| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-105g of Title 63, unless there | |
| 53 | 53 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund | |
| 55 | 55 | to be designated as the "Access to Health Care Equalization | |
| 56 | 56 | Revolving Fund". The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not | |
| 57 | 57 | subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist o f monies | |
| 58 | 58 | available to the State Department of Health. All monies accruing to | |
| 59 | 59 | the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted | |
| 60 | 60 | and expended by the State Department of Health as authorized by law. | |
| 61 | 61 | Expenditures from the revolving fund shal l be made upon warrants | |
| 62 | 62 | issued by the State Treasurer, based on claims file d as prescribed | |
