4040 An Act relating to health care; creating the Access
4141 to Health Care Equalization Revolving Fund; providing

5050 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
5151 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5252 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-105g of Title 63, unless there
5353 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5454 There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
5555 to be designated as the "Access to Health Care Equalization
5656 Revolving Fund". The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not
5757 subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist o f monies
5858 available to the State Department of Health. All monies accruing to
5959 the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted
6060 and expended by the State Department of Health as authorized by law.
6161 Expenditures from the revolving fund shal l be made upon warrants
6262 issued by the State Treasurer, based on claims file d as prescribed
