AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to health care; creating the Access
to Health Care Equalization Revolving Fund; providing
for codification; and provid ing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-105g of Title 63, unless there
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund
to be designated as the "Access to Health Care Equalization
Revolving Fund". The revolving fund shall be a continuing fund, not
subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist o f monies
available to the State Department of Health. All monies accruing to
the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted
and expended by the State Department of Health as authorized by law.
Expenditures from the revolving fund shal l be made upon warrants
issued by the State Treasurer, based on claims file d as prescribed

by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise
Services for approval and payment . The Department shall ensure tha t
all monies deposited into th e fund are matched with federal dollars
whenever possible.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
