43	46		permanent rules of Oklahoma state agencies;
44	47		disapproving certain proposed p ermanent rules; and

52	53		WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
53	54		Statutes, the Legislature shall have a joint resolution prepared for
54	55		consideration each session.
55	56		NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B Y THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
56	57		AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF TH E 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
57	58		SECTION 1. All proposed permanent rules of Oklahoma state
58		-	agencies filed on or before April 1, 2023, are hereby approved,
59		-	except for:
60		-	1. State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering, OAC 175:10-3-47,
61		-	and OAC 175:10-9-55, disapproving the language "Only a licensed
62		-	Cosmetology Instructor or licensed Facial/Esthetics In structor may
	59	+	agencies not declared invalid by the Oklahoma Attorney General and
	60	+	filed on or before April 1, 2023, are hereby approved , except for:
