75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new se ction of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statut es as Section 4262 of Title 74, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. No state agency shall contract or enter into agreements with
80	80	a lobbyist or lobbyist organizations without written approval of the
81	81	appropriate cabinet secretary.
82	82	B. For the purposes of this section, “state agency” shall have
83	83	the same meaning as defined in subsection A of Section 327 of Title
84	84	61 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
85	85	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
