| 49 | 50 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 50 | 51 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3251 of Title 70, unless there | |
| 51 | 52 | is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: | |
