7575 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7676 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
7777 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 22-140 of Title 11, unless there
7878 is created a duplication in n umbering, reads as follows:
7979 A. The Legislature intends to preempt any other regulation
8080 promulgated to mandate the wearing of masks on public and private
8181 property.
8282 B. Notwithstanding any oth er provision of law, cities and towns
8383 of this state may neither enact nor enforce any ordinance or other
8484 local law conflicting with subsection A of this section .
8585 SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
8686 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
