75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 22-140 of Title 11, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in n umbering, reads as follows:
79	79	A. The Legislature intends to preempt any other regulation
80	80	promulgated to mandate the wearing of masks on public and private
81	81	property.
82	82	B. Notwithstanding any oth er provision of law, cities and towns
83	83	of this state may neither enact nor enforce any ordinance or other
84	84	local law conflicting with subsection A of this section .
85	85	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
86	86	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
